John David Hart Named One of Texas' Top Lawyers

FORT WORTH, Texas - Noted attorney John David Hart has earned recognition for the fifth consecutive year as one of the finest lawyers in Texas based on a statewide poll of practicing Texas lawyers. Mr. Hart is named as one of the state's top personal injury attorneys in the 2007 Texas Super Lawyers list, which appears in the October issue of Texas Monthly magazine.

"It is always special to be recognized for your work," says Mr. Hart, founder of The Law Offices of John David Hart in Fort Worth. "But to know that other attorneys recognize this firm's work is very gratifying."

To compile the list, Super Lawyers editors polled thousands of lawyers across the state - more than 70,000 in fact - for their opinions about those Texas lawyers who make up the profession's elite. The track records of the selected attorneys then were reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of their peers who were hand-picked by the Super Lawyers editorial board. In all, fewer than 5 percent of the state's attorneys earned a spot on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers list.

In addition to his multiple Super Lawyers listings, Mr. Hart has been named one of the city's top attorneys three times in Fort Worth, Texas magazine. He also is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a nationwide group of attorneys who each have earned multiple verdicts or settlements in excess of $2 million. The invitation-only group includes fewer than one percent of practicing American lawyers.
John David Hart is board certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Certification.
