Product Liability

To use a product anywhere—in your home or away from it, on or off the job—is to operate under the assumption that it is reasonably safe. But products can be dangerously flawed. Or they can have inadequate warnings of danger. They may even be sold in spite of the manufacturer’s knowledge of the danger.

If you are injured by a dangerous or defective product, there are laws to protect you. Under these laws, any company that designs, manufacturers, markets, or sells a dangerous product should be accountable for the injuries it causes.

The law can only help if you have the knowledge of your rights and put them to use. Our firm provides such expertise. For more than two decades, our firm has counseled families and individuals about their rights in the event of a catastrophic loss.
