Monday August 11, 2008 FORT WORTH – John David Hart of The Law Offices of John David Hart of Fort Worth and Dan Boulware of MacLean & Boulware have negotiated a settlement of the lawsuit resulting from an 18-wheeler truck crash on Easter Sunday, 2007. The defendants agreed to pay $5.1 million to settle the case.
